Office to Advance Women Apprentices Alberta
The Office to Advance Women Apprentices Alberta Office was created to engage and support tradeswomen working in Skilled Trades in the province of Alberta.
The Office mandate is to offer support and increase employment opportunities for tradeswomen and women entering Skilled Trades in Alberta. We offer a registry database of female tradespersons identifying trade, level of apprenticeship, employment status, resumes, travel availability, etc. Our work includes:

In alignment with the criteria outlined by our government funding, the Office to Advance Women Apprentices Alberta provides support exclusively to women pursuing one of the 39 eligible Red Seal Trades.
